Forged Parts
RAW MATERIALS AND CUTING
Material inventory is computerized by type, size, heat number, supplier, quantity, purchase order and schedule.
These procedures guarantee that all our raw materials are strictly segregated.
Modern rod cutters and saws are used to cut billets and bars.
FORGING
The forging process is based on:
- Five lines 2500 t – presses with contact inductive heater 450 kW and trimming presses 250 t forgings of maximum weight 12 kg and dia.up 205 mm.
- Seven lines 1600 t – presses 1600 t with contact inductive heater 450 kW and trimming presses 160 t forging of maximum weight 6 kg and dia 170 mm.
- Four lines (horizontal forging machines) – 400t, 800t, 1200t, 1250t for a maximum diameter of the flange fitted to 180 mm.
- Line for forks for lift trucks.
HEAT TREATMENT:
Two tunnel units for full hardening of forging, respectively oil and water, in combination with normalization furnaces each unit of capacity 1,5 t/h
TOOLING:
The factories are equipped to manufacture its own dies and tooling and to perform the relative maintenance work
CONTROL LABORATORIES:
Control of mechanical parameters of rolled stock.
Ultrasonic testing of metals at delivery to site.
